Job Profiling
Before implementing any selection process,
perhaps it is best to conduct a thorough job
analysis. This may well be in two parts. The
first is the more traditional task analysis
that looks at the knowledge, skills and
capabilities required to carry out a
particular job. The second part assesses the
personality based job requirements.
